What should I do if my order is approved but hasn’t been shipped yet?

Ans:We usually ship orders 1-10 business days before the delivery date so that they reach you on time. In case your order hasn’t been shipped within this time please contact our Customer Support so that we can look into it.

Can I take the shipment after opening and checking the contents inside?

Ans:As per company policy, a shipment can’t be opened before delivery, but you can accept the shipment and get in touch with us later in case you have any concerns.

How quickly can I get my order delivered?

Ans:Orders will be delivered by the date you see on the product page for your location.

My order has reached the nearest delivery hub, but why isn’t it out for delivery yet?

Ans:The courier service delivering your order are responsible for making sure that your order reaches you within the delivery date. Rest assured, you’ll get an SMS once your shipment is out for delivery.

Why can’t I track my order even though it has been shipped?

Ans:Courier services usually take upto 24 hours to activate tracking for an order once it’s shipped. Please check again after the mentioned time frame.

I have a complaint about the courier executive who came to deliver my order.

Ans:You can contact our Customer Support team with the details and we will get in touch with the courier service provider to resolve your complaint.

Can I reactivate my inactive C nuw store account?

Ans:Yes. To reactivate your C nuw Store account, simply log in with your registered email ID or mobile number/password combination used before deactivation. Your account data will be fully restored, default subscription settings applied.

Do I need to verify my mobile number or email address every time I log in?

Ans:As the verification step is a one time process, you won’t have to do it again once your account is verified.

What is an OTP or verification code?

Ans:

An OTP (One Time Password) or verification code is a password/code used to verify your mobile number or email ID when you log into your Flipkart account for the first time.

OTP verification will be also be done in other cases like creating an account, password recovery, and updating email/mobile details.

Why do I need to verify my mobile number or email address to log into my C nuw Store  account?

Ans:To make sure that your account details are always secure, verification by OTP (One Time Password) is important. This is a one-time process and you can log into your Flipkart account without any hassles once this is done.

How can I change the password for my C nuw Store account?

Ans:

To change the password for your Flipkart account, follow these simple steps:

1. Log in to your C  nuw Store account
2. Go to My Account › Settings › Change password
3. Enter your old password
4. Enter your new password
5. Choose ‘Save Changes’

 

How can I use a new email address to log in to my C nuw Store account?

Ans

o log in to your Cnuw Store account with a new email address, you can update your email ID with these simple steps:

1. Log in to your C nuw Store account
2. Go to My Account › Settings › Update Email/Mobile
3. Add the new email ID
4. Enter the verification code sent to the new email ID
5. Choose ‘Save Changes’

Please note, once your email address is updated, you’ll no longer be able to sign in using your old email id.

Refunds Related

What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

Ans:


Payment mode: Cash on Delivery

1. UPI (Amount less than Rs 1000) – Refund will be processed to the UPI account for which UPI ID has to be shared
2. Gift Card (Amount less than Rs 10000) – Refund will be processed to Gift Card account
3. Bank account (IMPS/NEFT) – Refund will be processed to bank account for which bank details have to be shared

Payment mode: Prepaid

1. Back to source – Refund will be processed to the payment mode(Debit/Credit card, NEFT, UPI) used to pay for the order
2. Gift Card (Amount less than Rs 10000) – Refund will be processed to Gift Card account.

I’ve still not received the refund in my bank account.

Ans:If you have received a mail from us confirming your refund request, it means that the refund has been initiated. You can also contact your bank with the refund reference (ARN)/UTR number you would have received for an update on the status of your refund.

Why does it take time for the refund amount to be credited when it was already processed by C nuw Store?

Ans:Once the refund has been processed, the bank takes some time to reverse your initial transaction and complete the refund. However, the refund amount can be seen in your account within the time frame provided to you. Please contact your bank with the refund reference/UTR number in case you don’t see the refund amount in your account after the specified timeframe.

Will I get a complete refund if the item is cancelled or returned ?

Ans:*Orders for certain items cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of order placement, or returned once delivered. Please check the seller’s cancellations & returns policy on the product page for details.

 
 

Payement

Can I use the Cash on Delivery payment option for every product I buy on Cnuw Store?What is the amount I can shop for with Cash on Delivery payment.

Ans:

The availability of Cash on Delivery option depends on factors like the delivery pincode, type of products etc.

 

Please enter your pincode on the product page to check if CoD is available at your location. If this option is available for your pincode, you can shop for products up to ₹49,999 using this.

I tried to make the payment for my Cash on Delivery order using ‘pay now’, but the payment failed, what should I do?

Ans:Any amount debited will be credited back to the original source of payment within 8 business days. You can pay with cash/card/UPI for your order at the time of delivery.

I have updated my payment mode for my order but have not received the OTP.

Ans:On your app, go to the ‘Orders’ page and you will see an OTP next to your order. Please share the same with the delivery executive.

 

My amount is debited twice for the order, what should I do?

Ans:f the order value is debited twice from your account, you can rest assured that the respective bank will ensure a refund is reflected in your account within eight business days. In case you do not receive a refund within this timeline, please contact the bank for assistance.

My amount has been debited but order has not been confirmed, what should I do?

Ans:It may take up to 24 hours for your order confirmation message to arrive by email or SMS. If the order transaction is unsuccessful, you will receive a refund confirmation and the amount will be credited within eight business days to the original payment source.

How can I pay for my order?

You can choose to conveniently pay for your order using any of the following methods:

Cash on Delivery
Net Banking
Gift Card / Wallet
Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express Credit or Debit cards issued in India and 21 other countries.

 
 

Return& Pickup related

Why am I not getting the return option?

Ans:This may be due to:
a) Your product being already out of the return policy period
b) The product belongs to the no returns category. For more details, kindly check the product policy details on the product page

Why my return request is rejected?

Ans:The return request may get rejected from the seller during the process of the request validation. For more details, please refer to the communications via SMS/Email you would have received when your return request was rejected or reach out to CS of C nuw Store

What i am getting charged for return? Can it be waived off?

Ans:If your return requests are significantly higher than most customers, a return fee will apply to your order. This is levied to compensate sellers for the huge losses they incur as part of each return request. In case of an issue with the item, you can choose to exchange or replace it instead of returning it to avoid these fees. For more details, you can click ‘Know more’ beside the return fee information on the app at the time of creating a return request.

Where can I find the seller’s returns policy?

Ans:You can see the respective seller’s Returns policy on the product page.

I have requested for a return for my item. When will it happen?

Ans:

You can now track the status of your return easily right from your C nuw Store account or mobile app. Just visit the ‘My Orders‘ page to see its status along with the date of pick-up and status of your refund if applicable.

You will also receive an email & SMS with the details of your return.

What is the C nuw Store return policy for cash on delivery?

Ans:

In case of cash on delivery, you will have to provide a bank account number for the refund.
For replacement/exchange, you will be given an alternate product for the returned product.

How is the Return Fee determined?

Ans:The return fee is determined based on the selling price of the product. Lower the selling price of the product, lower the return fee and vice versa

Do I have to return the freebie when I return a product?

Ans:Yes, the freebie has to be returned along with the product.

How can I return or exchange an item?

Ans:

To return/exchange your order, follow these simple steps:
1. Go to ‘Orders’
2. Select the product
3. Click on ‘Return’
4. Select the relevant reason and sub-reason
5. Add comments and tap ‘Continue’
6. Select ‘Replacement/Refund/Exchange’ as applicable for your order (Relevant option will be provided basis the product’s Returns policy)

Note: If you want to change the address for pickup, tap ‘Change’ and select/add the new pickup address. Ensure that the new pincode is serviceable for the pickup and confirm the return request.
The product should be returned in the original condition along with the brand box/price tag/MRP tag and all the accessories if any.

Why my return is still not approved? or what is the status of my return?

Ans:

You can visit the ‘Orders’ section and tap on the desired order to check the status of your return request.

If the return is in ‘Requested’ state, please wait till the promise date shown in the order details so that the team can validate your return request with seller and get back to you

When is a return of an item not possible?

Ans:
1. When an item is damaged, or stained or its colour is faded because of use or when it is not in the same condition as you received it
2. When any consumable item has been used or installed
3. When anything is missing from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories
4. When non-returnable items are involved such as innerwear, lingerie etc
5. When items are tampered with or have missing serial numbers.

6. If the seller’s returns policy period for a product is already over
7. If the product was delivered as open box delivery and the product was inspected for damage, wrong item and missing items before acceptance.

WhyI am not getting return reasons like product missing, received

Ans:This may be because your product was delivered as open box delivery. As part of the Open Box delivery process, the delivery executive would have opened the package at the doorstep and you would have already verified it for damage, incorrect product or missing items.

The seller’s returns policy for the product is over and now its not working, what should I do ?

AnsIf the product is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, you can contact the brand for further assistance. They will be able to provide you with more information on how to proceed. However, if the warranty has expired or does not cover the issue, you may need to consider paid services. You can locate the nearest service center and inquire about their services and pricing.

Cancellation Related

I see the ‘Cancel’ button but I can’t click on it. Why?

Ans:

A greyed-out and disabled ‘Cancel’ button can mean any one of the following:

1. The item has been delivered already OR

2. The item is non-refundable (e.g. Gift Card)

 

Can I modify/change the specification for the ordered product without cancelling it?

Ans:No, once an order is placed the specification of the product can not be modified

Can I reinstate a cancelled order?

Ans:No, a cancelled order can not be reinstated.

Why i am getting charged for cancellation? / What is cancellation Fee?

Ans:Cancellation fee will be applied or charged only if an eligible order is cancelled after 24 hours of placing.
The reason is to compensate for the time and effort incurred in processing the order by the seller. Also, to compensate our logistics partner for incurring a cost when they ship the order, if the order is shipped. Note: Customer can find this information under the order details by logging into his/her Flipkart account.

How long does it take to cancel an order?

Ans:Cancellation of item(s) in an order happens immediately if the order hasn’t been shipped yet by the seller. If your order has been shipped, it will be cancelled as soon as the courier service confirms that the shipment is being returned to the seller.
