Job Overview

Position: Digital Operations Associate 

Type: Full-time (8 hours/day as per Indian work hours.

 Location: C nuw,Rural village startup office, Mantripalem (expanding soon)

 Salary: Entry-level (with performance-based gratitude and growth incentives)

Key Responsibilities

 

    1. Computer & Data Management

       

        1. Maintain product, inventory, and order databases

        1. Use Excel, Google Sheets, and internal tools for daily tasks

        1. Print, tag, and manage digital records of shipments and packaging

    1. Order Processing & Support

       

        1. Handle order entries across platforms (Amazon, Meesho, etc.)

        1. Coordinate with packing teams and track shipment updates

        1. Assist sellers or internal teams with data-related queries

    1. Digital Content Assistance

       

        1. Help upload product listings, update photos/descriptions

        1. Coordinate with designers for minor content edits

        1. Maintain basic SEO keyword entries for product visibility

    1. Team Coordination

       

        1. Support team leads in daily tasks and scheduling

        1. Join hands with marketing, tech, or production as required

        1. Participate in brainstorming sessions for improvement

    1.  stem & Digital Operation

       

        1. Basic data entry, online file management, reportin

        1. Maintaining daily logs of orders, product updates, and payments

        1. Handling backend work like product uploads, price changes, and seller dashboard

    1. Seller Suppor

       

        1.  Assist new e-commerce sellers with listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc

        1.  Monitor chats, solve small order-related issue

        1. Coordinate between marketing and logistics teams

 

    1.   Learning and Adaptation

       

        1. Use Canva, WhatsApp Business, Shopify, Meta tools — **training will be provided

        1.  Stay updated with tech trends in e-commerc

        1. Accept new duties based on company growth and needs

 

    1. Team & Production Support

       

        1. Be ready to support creative or production teams when require

        1. Participate in cross-departmental projects — from marketing to order packing

        1. Always follow team leader guidance and contribute to daily goals

Ideal Candidate

* Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, internet browsing)

* Strong learning mindset and **no ego for any kind of honest work**

* Respect for rural values with digital readiness

* Freshers welcome, especially if committed to a long-term journey
